Unopened items
Unopened products in their original, intact manufacturer seal can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Opened items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used intimate products cannot be returned or exchanged. This is standard practice across the category and protects every customer.
Faulty or damaged
If a product arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. All products carry a minimum one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
How to start a return
Email care@silliko.com with your order number. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving the item.
