Is my order discreet?
Always. Every parcel ships in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents. Your card or bank statement shows a neutral descriptor — never the word Silliko or any product name.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 4 PM IST dispatch the same working day. Metro cities receive delivery in 1–2 days; the rest of India in 3–5 working days. You'll get a tracking link by email and SMS.
Are Silliko products body-safe?
Yes. Every product is made from medical-grade, phthalate-free silicone and ABS, and is independently certified. Materials are listed in full on each product page.
Can I return an intimate product?
For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products can't be returned. Unopened items in their original seal can be returned within 7 days. Faulty items are covered by our warranty — see the Returns page.
How do I clean and store my product?
Wash before and after each use with warm water and a fragrance-free toy cleaner, pat dry, and store in the supplied pouch away from sunlight. Use only water-based lubricants.
Do you ship outside India?
Currently we ship across India only. International shipping is coming soon — join the newsletter to hear first.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, UPI, net banking and wallets via Razorpay, plus international cards via Stripe. Every transaction is 256-bit encrypted.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — all products carry a minimum one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Limited 'Or' pieces carry two years.
